Clean the machine with a dry cloth to remove any excess oil. Let a small amount of dough pass through, and then throw it away.
1. Clean the roller with a soft brush and a clean cloth that is slightly damp with water.
Note: The first time you use it, you need to waste a little dough and feed it through the machine several times (usually the pasta maker is cleaned in this way).
2. Wipe down the exterior of the entire machine with a damp, clean cloth. Dry off the machine completely before storing.
Note: If you accidentally get it wet or leave it with moisture, you can dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer.
9 Thickness Settings
The dough roller has nine thickness settings from 0.2 to 3 mm for maximum pasta precision.
To make a perfect pasta sheet, you just need to feed the dough through the dough roller from the widest setting (Setting No. 1) to a narrower setting. Reducing the thickness one by one until your ideal pasta sheet is accomplished.
Note: To reduce the possibility of adsorption on the contact surface of the machine rolling and make the pasta taste better, it is recommended to make the dough a little bit dry, which does not stick to your hands (not wet or too dry).
2 Optional Widths
The pasta cutter attachment has 2 stainless steel blades: 2 mm for spaghetti and 5 mm for fettuccine or tagliatelle. It allows you to create your desired shape of pasta.
